CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AND INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

You are giving your consent to Reas Media, s.r.o. for the processing of your personal data for the purposes of sending commercial communications (marketing offers) and conducting other marketing activities. You can revoke this consent at any time, and commercial communications will no longer be sent to you.   1. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

2.1. The legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent given to the controller under Article 6(1)(a) of the European Parliament and Council Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”).

  1. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

3.1. The purpose of processing your personal data is to send commercial communications and conduct other marketing activities by the controller towards you. Commercial communications may be sent to you from various email addresses used by the controller.

3.2. The controller does not engage in any automated individual decision-making as defined in Article 22 of the Regulation.

  1. DURATION OF PERSONAL DATA STORAGE

4.1. Your personal data will be stored by the controller for a period of four (4) years from the receipt of your consent, or until you withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data for this purpose, whichever is sooner.

  1. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1. Other recipients of your personal data will include those individuals or entities providing marketing services to the controller in accordance with the controller’s instructions, including entities providing the sending of commercial communications and those ensuring the operation of the controller’s website (data processors).

5.2. The controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or to an international organization.

  1. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

6.1. Under the conditions set out in the Regulation, you have the right to request access to your personal data from the controller, the right to rectification or erasure of your personal data, the right to restrict processing, and the right to data portability.

6.2. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on your consent before its withdrawal. You can withdraw your consent by clicking on the hyperlink included in each commercial communication sent by the controller or by sending an email to hello@reasmedia.com.

6.3. If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6.4. You are not required to provide personal data. Providing your personal data is not a legal or contractual requirement, nor is it necessary for the conclusion of a contract.

6.5. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling related to such direct marketing. If you object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.

PROCESSING AND USE OF COOKIES

  1. Cookies are small text files containing information that are stored on a visitor’s computer or mobile device when browsing a website. Cookies contain information about the visitor’s settings and actions on the website.

  2. The controller only collects technical cookies on its websites. The controller does not collect any cookies for marketing purposes or similar uses.
